Project purpose:
To produce diesel, gasoline and asphalts, some combustion gas as a by-product.
 
Raw material oil:
tires/plastics pyrolysis oil, used engine oil, motor oil, black oil, crude oil
 
Final products:
Distilled diesel, distilled gasoline, base oil, asphalt and other fractions.

Step 1. Pre-heating for flash evaporation.

Step 2. Separate water and light fractions (gasoline)

Step 3. Heat raw material oil in furnace for reaching desired temperatures.

Step 4. Separate diesel, base oil and asphalt.

Step 5. After filter, getting final good product.


1 --- Having advantages of novel technical method, reasonable and economic technical route as well as significant ecological efficiency, the technical method of this project not only greatly saves production costs, but also reduces equipment investment and broadens the operating flexibility, which also creates great convenience for production operations.
