(1)The strong atomization cooling and dust removal tower is a cylindrical tower body, which is equipped with a swirl tower plate. During operation, the flue gas flows upwards from the bottom of the tower.especially the guiding effect of the tower plate blades, the flue gas rotates and rises. The liquid flowing down from each plate is sprayed into droplets on the tower plate, resulting in a large contact area between the gas and liquid.(2)The box body adopts carbon steel plate, upper and lower conical links, four layers of 10 * 10 plug-in plate mesh activated carbon mesh,(Iodine value of activated carbon: ≥ 600mg / g), the aperture is 1.5mm, 1600 holes in total, specific surface area:800m2 / g, purification efficiency: ≥ 92%.(3)Toxic gases enter the catalytic combustion chamber for burning.
